Fiber laser is the core equipment of fiber laser cutting machine, and its failure has a significant impact on the overall use of the machine.
To reduce the failure rate of fiber lasers and minimize the losses caused to customers due to the shutdown of fiber laser cutting machines, attention should be paid when using fiber laser cutting machines.
Startup sequence of fiber laser cutting machine
1. Check if there are any items within the operating range of the machine tool that affect safe operation;
2. Turn on the main power switch and control power switches for each branch of the fiber laser cutting machine;
3. Turn on the voltage regulator and check if its operating status is normal;
4. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser, then turn on the key switch, and let the fiber laser's built-in air conditioning or internal defroster run for more than 30 minutes;
5. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser and run the air compressor for 20 minutes to check if the air compressor is running normally;
6. Open the air circuit control valve, turn on the refrigerated dryer, and check whether the operation status of the refrigerated dryer is normal and whether the air pressure is normal;
7. According to the cutting needs, open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal;
8. Turn on the power switch of the machine tool, press the power on button to start the machine tool control system, and wait for the control system to start normally before the machine tool returns to its original position;
9. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser and run it for more than 30 minutes before turning on the chiller to check if the chiller is running normally;
10. After the actual temperature difference between the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature range of one degree, apply high pressure to the fiber laser and check whether the fiber laser is operating normally;
11. Turn on the exhaust fan or dust collector, check if the operation status of the exhaust fan or dust collector is normal, and the fiber laser cutting machine enters the waiting cutting state.
Shutdown sequence of fiber laser cutting machine
1. Turn off the exhaust fan or dust collector;
2. Turn off the high voltage of the fiber laser, return the machine to its original position, and then shut down the control system as required. After the control system is shut down, press the power off button to turn off the control system power and turn off the main power switch of the bed;
3. Turn off the chiller;
4. Turn off the refrigerated dryer and close the control valves of each gas circuit;
5. Turn off the air compressor;
6. Turn off the key switch of the fiber laser, then turn off the power switch or leave the key switch and power switch on to keep the fiber laser energized. It can be quickly turned on and used the next day;
7. Turn off the voltage regulator;
8. Turn off the power switches of each branch and turn off the main power switch of the fiber laser cutting machine.
