Production steps

1. Laser cutting literal. Cutting into basic shapes using laser cutting has many advantages, such as precise shape, no distortion, smoother and more beautiful cutting lines, and more natural transitions

2. Trimming, use a stainless steel specialized lettering machine to cut the thickness of the lettering according to the thickness of the lettering. Sawing corners, measuring the distance and positioning of the shape accurately, and sawing in place are key steps that determine the quality of the character. Especially for thick edge materials or more strokes at corners, it is essential to ensure that the edge materials are welded in place and the shape of the character is not distorted.

3. Tin or argon welding of edges. According to the actual situation, tin or argon welding is used. High quality soldering should ensure that there are no protruding small tin blocks or solder beads at the tin joint, to ensure that the subsequent panel installation is smooth (to ensure no light leakage); Argon welding should ensure that it does not burn or burn through the surrounding mirror material. 

4. Bottom plate welding. Stainless steel, galvanized iron sheet, or snowflake plate can be chosen as the base plate material.

5. Polishing and polishing. Further processing the welding area to make the welding line surface smoother and more aesthetically pleasing; Non welded areas should also be polished simultaneously to avoid affecting the overall smoothness.

6. Install LED lights. LED lights should be evenly distributed on the base plate. To ensure even distribution of the lights, the wire joints should be firm, and the LED lights should be reinforced with silicone to prevent detachment.

7. Adhesive acrylic panels/vacuum molding with buckle edges. Ensure that the panel and buckle edges are bonded in place and flat. To ensure no light leakage or water seepage, it is necessary to use neutral silicone to seal the contact between the panel and the buckle edge.
