Temperature
Fiber laser cutting machines are generally recommended to operate in a constant temperature environment. Only under constant temperature conditions can the normal operation and processing accuracy of the equipment be guaranteed. The semiconductor working temperature in the fiber laser cutting machine is required to be below 40 ℃. When the room temperature reaches 35 ℃, the internal temperature of the electrical cabinet can reach above 40 ℃. When the room temperature is too high, the failure rate of the CNC system will increase; Due to the use of distilled water as the cooling medium in the fiber laser cutting machine, the operating environment temperature of the laser should be above 5 ℃. Therefore, in order to ensure the good operation of the system, the ambient temperature should be controlled above 5 ℃, but not exceeding 35 ℃.
Humidity
Fiber laser cutting machines require a relative humidity of less than 70% in the working environment. Because the laser cutting machine in high temperature and humidity will generate condensation on the circuit board of the power supply or driving device after power off. When it works again, the condensation on the circuit board can easily cause a short circuit, leading to machine failure.
Dustproof
In the long-term cutting process, if there is no good dust removal, conductive dust can affect the health of operators. In addition, if the electrical cabinet is not closed properly, dust can enter the electrical cabinet and deposit on the circuit board or module, which can cause damage to electrical components, especially high-voltage parts. So it is required to have good dust removal equipment when the equipment is working.
Ground wire
The normal operation of the equipment must have good grounding.
Avoid direct sunlight
Avoid direct sunlight on the laser cutting machine, try to place the equipment indoors where direct sunlight cannot reach, and equip it with good lighting equipment.
